Ultimate LAQC
Budget Tax Returns Limited has developed a special process named Ultimate LAQC.
This process has been developed for a Loss Attributing Qualifying Company which owns three or less rental
properties.
What Does Ultimate LAQC mean for you?
We will prepare financial statements and income tax return for the LAQC for $500.00* plus
GST for the second and subsequent years that the LAQC is registered on this process. For the first year we prepare
the financial statements and income tax return the cost is $750.00 plus GST.
Guarantee and certainty as to the accounting fee for the provision of our services for the LAQC.
Your financial statements and income tax return can be prepared within four weeks of us receiving the required
information from you.
To provide us with the information, that we require, will involve no more than 45 minutes
by yourself at the end of the financial year
Eliminates the time consuming task of collating and providing us with bank statements, receipts, invoices
etc.
Full compliance with Income tax Act, Companies Act and applicable Financial Reporting Standards.
Training and ongoing support for Ultimate LAQC information processing.
